Anna Gazumyan's indexed work centers on B cell receptor signaling and antibody diversification, particularly the regulation of activation-induced cytidine deaminase (AID). Her first-author studies examine how amino-terminal phosphorylation of AID suppresses c-myc/IgH translocation, and she has reviewed AID's dual role in antibody diversification and chromosome translocation. Earlier first-author work addressed Igβ tyrosine residues in BCR internalization and the ribosomal RNA operon of *Borrelia burgdorferi*. Her broader contributions include middle-author roles in high-impact SARS-CoV-2 studies, such as convergent antibody responses in convalescent individuals and evolution of antibody immunity to SARS-CoV-2, alongside work on microRNA-155 suppression of AID-mediated Myc-Igh translocation. No software, datasets, patents, or grants are indexed beyond these publications. Across her career, the throughline is a sustained inquiry into antibody gene regulation and immune receptor control, from spirochete genetics to AID biology and, more recently, pandemic antibody responses.
