Arthur Christopoulos’s research portfolio demonstrates extensive work in the fields of pharmacology and computational modeling. His highly cited work on fitting models to biological data using linear and nonlinear regression provides a practical guide to analyzing complex biological datasets. Furthermore, his contributions to understanding receptor function are evident in studies concerning G Protein-Coupled Receptor Allosterism and Complexing, which has garnered significant attention. These foundational works suggest a deep interest in the quantitative analysis of biological systems. Other representative publications include investigations into allosteric modulators of GPCRs: a novel approach for the treatment of CNS disorders, where he served as a middle author. His research also touches upon mechanisms of signalling and biased agonism in G protein-coupled receptors. While no specific software or datasets are indexed, his body of work consistently explores the intersection of structural biology and pharmacology, particularly concerning receptors. This body of work illustrates a sustained focus on elucidating molecular mechanisms to advance drug discovery.
