Camilla Jandus's indexed work centers on how innate and unconventional T-cell populations shape tumor immunity. Her early first-author studies examined Siglec-7/9 receptor–ligand interactions governing NK cell–dependent tumor immunosurveillance (443 citations) and polyfunctional Th17 memory cells in seronegative spondylarthritides, while later senior-author work identified tumor-specific cytolytic CD4 T cells mediating immunity against human cancer (345 citations) and a PGD2–NKp30–B7H6 axis driving an immunosuppressive ILC2–MDSC circuit in tumors. Beyond these, middle-author contributions include CD36-mediated metabolic adaptation supporting regulatory T cell survival in tumors and disturbed mitochondrial dynamics reinforcing CD8+ TIL exhaustion, alongside work with Daniel E. Speiser and David Gfeller on deep motif deconvolution for HLA class II epitope prediction. No software, datasets, patents, or grants are indexed beyond publications. Taken together, the arc runs from receptor-level innate immune regulation toward metabolically and spatially defined mechanisms of tumor immune evasion.
