Dagmar Haase's indexed work centers on urban ecosystem service assessment, from a quantitative review of concepts, models, and implementation to integrated multiscale frameworks tracing synergies, trade-offs, and losses of ecosystem services in the Leipzig-Halle region. A second strand interrogates equity in urban greening, asking whether green space provision in Berlin is just green or green justice, and whether greening cities can be socially inclusive despite the alleged paradox between society and ecology. Related reviews address human–environment interactions in urban green spaces and ecosystem disservices in cities, while earlier work mapped European loess distribution and developed multicriteria flood risk mapping on the Mulde river. Beyond these lead-author contributions, Haase appears as a co-author on widely cited syntheses of nature-based solutions for climate adaptation in cities and on urban land teleconnections and sustainability, connecting local green-space dynamics to distant drivers. She also contributed to work on urban green space availability across European cities. No software, datasets, patents, or grants are indexed beyond her publications. Across these outputs, the through-line is a sustained effort to measure what urban ecosystems provide, who receives those benefits, and how planning can reconcile ecological function with social equity.
