Amir Giladi's indexed work centers on single-cell dissection of haematopoietic progenitor trajectories in homeostasis and perturbed haematopoiesis, a first-author study that remains among his most cited. Related first-author contributions include sequencing physically interacting cells to map cellular crosstalk and a synthesis of single-cell genomics as a foundation for future immunology discoveries. His work also identifies Cxcl10+ monocytes as a pathogenic subset in the central nervous system during autoimmune neuroinflammation, linking single-cell profiling to disease mechanism. Earlier collaborative contributions include middle-author roles in a stepwise developmental program for microglia that regulates brain homeostasis and in a single-cell spatial reconstruction revealing division of labour in the mammalian liver. No software, datasets, patents, or grants are indexed beyond these publications. Across the listed works, the through-line is methodological: applying and refining single-cell approaches to resolve immune and tissue heterogeneity, from haematopoiesis and neuroinflammation to liver and brain cell atlases, with Aleksandra Deczkowska and Alexander Mildner among his indexed co-authors.
