Christopher M. Lee's indexed work centers on the UCSC Genome Browser database and its recurring annual updates, the platform through which he has documented genome browsing infrastructure across releases spanning 2017 to 2025. His first-author contribution, a retrospective marking the Browser's twentieth year, anchors this line of inquiry, while the widely cited 2019 update (the database's integrated annotation and visualization resources) reflects sustained involvement in maintaining and extending the resource. Across these outputs, the throughline is the curation and dissemination of reference genomic data for the research community. Beyond the annual updates, Lee's contributions include middle-author roles in the 2018 and 2026 database releases, where his position suggests participation in collaborative consortium efforts rather than sole leadership. Collaborators such as David H. Haussler and Brian J. Raney appear across these indexed works, consistent with the Browser's team-based development model. No software tools, datasets, grants, or patents are indexed beyond these publications. Taken together, the record suggests a researcher whose contribution is tightly bound to the long-term maintenance and periodic documentation of a major genomics infrastructure, rather than to a broad or diversifying publication portfolio.
