Aram Amassian's indexed work centers on solution-processed optoelectronics, with a recurring emphasis on how film formation governs device performance. His most-cited senior-author contributions include single-crystal hybrid perovskite field-effect transistors (337 citations), which probed intrinsic transport in perovskite lattices, and synergistically improved ZnO nanorod arrays for hysteresis-free mesostructured perovskite solar cells (252 citations). Related efforts on multi-cation synergy to suppress phase segregation in mixed-halide perovskites and on in situ diagnostics of precursor solvate phases suggest a sustained interest in linking processing chemistry to material stability and transport. Earlier middle-author contributions include atomic-ligand passivation for colloidal-quantum-dot photovoltaics (1571 citations) and ligand-stabilized reduced-dimensionality perovskites (1440 citations), both reflecting collaborative work on surface chemistry in solution-cast semiconductors. His senior-author output also spans blade-coated perovskite solar cells exceeding 17% efficiency and solution-printed organic semiconductor blends with single-crystal-like transport. No software, datasets, patents, or grants are indexed beyond these publications. Taken together, the works trace a line from colloidal quantum dots and organic blends toward perovskite device engineering, consistently organized around in situ observation of how inks, ligands, and crystallization pathways shape final film properties.
